There are many working womens who wear makeup everyday and don’t have much time for parlor. Even there are many house wives who complain not to have too much time or money to spend on expensive treatments. So Here are some skin care routine tips that won’t take tyoo much time or not even so expensive to bother. Before starting a skin care rotine 1st judge or get to know your skin type as every skin is different . Different rotine or methods work different on different types. Morning Routine: 1. Cleanser: Start your morning routine with a gentle cleanser to remove any impurities that may have built up overnight. And cleasnsing is also very important at end of the day too. 2. Toner: Use a hydrating and soothing toner to balance your skin’s pH levels and prepare it for the next steps. 3. There’s a knack for maximizing profit from the agricultural sector, often at the expense of the local population. My Aim of Life

From last few weeks, you might have observed that I didn’t posted any blog.  Do you know why? The reason is: I couldn’t compile my thoughts on any topic beacause all my focused was shifted to Palestine’s updates. Horrifying Visuals were cmmanding my thughts and I was unable to control and direct my thoughts.  So, today after lots of efforts on myself I choosed the topic that is “My Aim of Life”. From early childhood, we use to write our aim of life and usually we enforce or direct our children to the most demanding profession of life either a doctor, pilot, banker or professor. As parents mission acompplished, we have selected the best school, College or university of the town and paid to get their goal.  But, do we have ever realized the meaning of Maqsad-e-Hayat(Aim of Life)? We don’t need robots with a certain degrees and Grades infact we need to make and develop humans with basic humanity principles otherwise these robots will destroy us. As it is happening around the world. If you look at the development of an air condition, you will come to know besides so many advantages it harmed our envirnment alot.Similarly,  industrial gurus of the world making so many ease in our lives and becoming super powers of the world. Conquering the skies but killing the people. They wanted to rule on universe and humans are not more than an ant to them. The greed of more and more is never ending pleasure.  Look at the current situation of world and think for a while do you want your child and generations to be like this?   Do you know why its all happening? Aim is a guiding star in journey of our lives that shines and show us path to reach to our desired destination. Our objective/ goal should not be professional success but a profound commitment to humanity driven by the desire to serve and uplift our nation. By any of profession a doctor, a teacher, an engineer, an entrepreneur we need to breakdown our role to act as a catalyst for a positive change in the society. you don’t need money to serve the humanity your smiling face, your good character, your kind words can play this role well.  Money, awards, goldmedals  are not a measurement of success and peace.  Actions speaks louder than words. So, being parents we need to act what we want to teach our children otherwise same will happen to us that we will be suffering and rest of world will be enjoying their concerts, rituals and success.

Money Can’t Buy Happiness

Yesterday my instructor called me and told me my topic of debate that is ” money can’t buy happiness.” while caming back from school I started thinking about it: can we buy happiness with money?  How I get happy?  what is happiness to me?  How I define happiness?  How other people around me define this happiness? To get the answer I started observing people around me. I observed my elders , youngsters and toddlers around me. I observed that people very close to me have lots of money, luxury cars, different types of food on their table and what they don’t have, can order in a second. But, is this making them happy? are they laughing ? As they must be laughing all the time if they are happy over all these blessings.  I observed people around arranging sources of happiness by arranging dinner, lunch and birthday parties. If they are happy why they need to make alots of efforts to show that they are happy. People are spending money on food to make them realize that they are happy.  In evening, I left my home and came to the park in front of my home. Suddenly I hear a laughter of kids around me, I looked up to them they were playing with the mud balls. kids were throughing mud balls on each other and laughing. It was making them happy although it was spoiling their clothes. I smiled and moved forward. Two little girls were on swing and counting one, two three……… Every time when they flew with the swing their smilies were touching the sky.  At another corner,  a father was helping his little boy to take his first step and I can’t explain that feeling of achievement on the face of child and father. The First achievement of steping to todler age. And smile of that thankness to Allah (SWT) on parent’s face.  I realized that I’m smiling too. Yes I didn’t paid a peny and I was happy, very happy.  Who were they people? why I’m happy over their little acts? I got my answers. Have you?  Yes , Money Can’t  Buy or gurantee happiness.

Now a days its very common among kids that their behavior is noticeable . Either kids are very agressive , too quite , talktive or shy. although its normal thats why we parents chose to send our child to schhools to create a balance in their life. But, the expectations of society and even the parents are too much from a kid . They want to see a jackal of all trades in it.  That’s why Depressins patterns have been bserved in early age . Depression is real and very concerning issue in school going kids.It requires attention from teachers, Parents, society and mental health professionals. It’s important to remember that children and adolescents can experience depression just like adults, although the symptoms might manifest differently. Here are some key points to consider: Signs and symptoms of Depression in kids: Depression in growing children and adolescents can be seen in various behaviours that might include:  Causes: Depression can come trigger by multiple factors of envirnoment, social relations, or physiological. Common trigger factor in school-going kids is academic stress,  high expectations of teachers and parents, lack of physical activities in school, unsaid competitions and camparison with other kids, family conflicts, and might a history of mental health issues in the family. But learning anger management is very important.  Anger management is a set of techniques and strategies designed to help individuals control and regulate their anger and aggressive behavior. Anger is a natural and normal emotion, but when it is expressed inappropriately or becomes uncontrollable, it can lead to negative consequences in both personal and social aspects of life. Anger management programs and techniques aim to help individuals, understand and manage their anger more effectively. Here are some key aspects of anger management: 1- Self-awareness: The first step in managing anger is recognizing yourself, your behaviour, your own liking and disliking, impact of people and envirnoment on you.
